Description

The Site Engineer/Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems at the project site. The individual will work closely with the project team to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction of solar power systems, including modules, mounting structures, inverters, and other components. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Manage the site team and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Prepare daily reports on work progress, site conditions, and material consumption. Monitor the site inventory and equipment to ensure that materials are available when needed. Participate in project meetings and communicate project updates to the project team. Support the commissioning process and ensure that systems are operating at their full capacity. Provide technical support to the project team and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
