Roles and Responsibilities
• No prior work experience is required. Company would be providing extensive on the job training.
• Sharp analytical capabilities to quickly understand the requirements of the customers and accordingly proposes the options meeting with their requirements.
• Someone, who is Go getter and believe in making things happen rather than waiting for things to happen. Person with fire in the belly to achieve something great for the company.
• Informing customers about the latest real estate projects and their benefits. Explaining in-depth analysis of pros and cons of different projects.
• Coordinate with sales team and upper management for business development and resolving customer queries.
• Day time job (no night shift).
Desired Candidate Profile
Good communication skill in English and Hindi Mandatory.
• Pleasant personality, good work ethics, positive attitude.
• Ability to work professionally with customers, sales team and the company management.
• Basic computer skills like internet, emails, MS word, MS Excel, MS Power point presentation.
• Graduates would be preferred however good under graduates will also be considered.
• Preferred qualification: B.E./B.Tech., BBA, MBA, B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BCA with good academic records.
• Female and Male, both are required.
Perks and Benefits
INR 3.6 Lakh per annum (CTC) + Incentive. Lunch would be provided in the office.
