Academic Mentor Bridge Course (BC) The company will be providing the leads; candidates have to convert the leads into quality prospects. This profile includes SALES. Master Program: Do not include sales only Mentoring. Responsibilities: • Make sure students attend the session, finish the homework, participate in learning with the institution. Assist students in reviewing their progress, skills, and achievements. Help students with their doubts and homework. • Monitoring the study performance of the student on a daily basis • Collates data and update parents on the week-to-week learning status of the students through Whatsapp messages and calls. • Maintaining a good relationship with all our students and parents, solve all their problems, able to provide solutions for different cases. Provide the best support and get maximum satisfaction from users. Key Abilities, Skills, And Personality Competencies: • Optimistic, positive communication attitude. • Have curiosity and actively learn new things, new knowledge, new skills • Strong interpersonal skills and good team player; • Courage to contribute ideas and take initiative towards shared goals; • Responsible, reliable Location- Bengaluru Employment Mode: Full-time Salary: for BC (Rs. 6 LPA/- including variable + fixed) for MP (Rs. 5 LPA/- including variable + fixed) Start Date: Immediately Language: Should be fluent in English and Hindi (must) Experience: 0-2 Years Working days: Monday to Saturday Education: B.E., B.Tech., M.E, M.Tech, B.Sc.,M.Sc., MCA, MBA
