• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Candidate should have a network of existing clients and corporates with a strong relationship.
• Detailed understanding and knowledge of the Mutual Fund Industry, Capital Market, and its growth and profitability drivers.
• Certification in NISM and CFP is an added advantage.
• The candidate will be responsible to generate a lead and take it to closure by working along with the Operation and Sales backend team.
• Selling of financial instruments- Mutual Funds, Capital Market, PMS, etc.
• Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of clients.
• Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time.
• Willingness to dwell in Start-up Culture.
• Should have a laptop.
