Manager Product Management -
Derive and propose actionable inputs critical for product strategy, planning & deployment, in the following areas:
Trends & drivers - Segment, Application & Market
MF performance with respect to Industry & competition
Segment Fit - positives, gaps, challenges & opportunities
Customer & Stakeholders feedback
On time initiation of product requirements (PDR) aligning to product strategy & plan
Product upgrades / improvements
New products / technologies
Benchmark competition in terms of features, specification & pricing for right product positioning
Ensure Launch preparedness & on time launch including extension of products to new market
Product communication release - FAB, Sales talk & Product Flash
Product training to Sales & marketing
Validate and initiate appropriate actions on stakeholders feedback specific to product performance & functionality
Track regulation norms for compliance & on time product certification availability
Close interaction with Customers, Dealers, Tractor mechanics, Agri. Institutes, Farm Implement manufacturers to gather feedback on
Customer needs & expectations, implement trends, Cropping practices and other market drivers
Derive actionable insights that would lead to introduction of New products, Upgrade of existing products including improvements
Sufficient experience in sales/marketing/after sales will be additional benefit.
Demonstrate to field sales and service team including dealers on Product features, advantage and benefits (FAB)
Monitor competition new product launches in the market & conduct benchmark with our product
To identify product gaps & customer pain points and initiate necessary actions
Expertise in running GTM as member or leader
