Description

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain real estate database applications using Accruent or any similar like Tririga software platforms Develop and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, and functions to support application functionality Support Implementation team to convert data from legacy Accruent to SAP REFX solution Collaborate with business users and IT teams to understand requirements and develop technical solutions Conduct code reviews and performance tuning to optimize application performance Troubleshoot, test, and support database applications and related systems Document technical specifications, user manuals, and standard operating procedures Stay current with industry trends and best practices in real estate software development Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience in SQL development with a focus on real estate software solutions, preferably with Accruent or Tririga Proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and PL/SQL programming languages Hands-on experience with database design and development, performance tuning, and troubleshooting Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
