If you have the following skills or experience, then this could be the ideal Travel Consultant role for you Fluent in Cantonese /Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in a customer focussed role ideally within a call centre environment A great team player with strong PC skills Essential Skills will include knowledge of a GDS. As a Cantonese Speaking Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for: Handle travel enquiries over the telephone and in writing Supporting members and clients across the globe with all aspects of their travel requirements, booking flights, hotels, car hire, activities, and management of post-booking support (cancellations, refunds, exchanges, etc.)
