Role and Responsibilities

• To be the single point of contact in Patient Journey from admissions to discharge and to work towards enhancement of Patient Care To assist patients within & outside the hospital during their on-going medical care. To provide support & assistance to patients during Consultations, Treatments, Surgeries, Follow-ups, etc. To quickly adapt to any changes in patients plan of treatment and act accordingly. To maintain cordial relations with Hospital staff, Doctors & various Departments at all times for smooth patient care. To collaborate & work together with Patient Relations team. To report to manager on the going patient treatment process & immediately inform any incidences occurring at the hospital premises.
