Job Description:The Human Resources Generalist manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. The HR Generalist manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate for induction and orientation of new employees.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Undertake employee engagement activities and policy driven processes for various celebrations.
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Maintain Employee Database and keep it up to date.
Update the HRMS with the latest employee information
Assisting in PMP process for its completion as per timelines
