Carry out industry/company research and prepare reports outlining the investment recommendation. Evaluate various business, financial and operational aspects of companies through in-depth study of periodic filings, regulatory updates, press releases and industry news Extensive report-writing including company profiles, earning notes, quarterly updates, initiating coverage reports, sector reports, newsletters technology primers, Flash notes, Theme-based reports etc Ability to comfortably interact with senior management, vendors and various other stakeholders and should be able to articulate his views well. He/She will be part of Investor outreach programs in the form of Webinars etc. He/She will be constantly interacting with various stakeholders to deliver high quality research reports backed with verifiable data and justifiable assumptions. Developing relationships with relevant people in the industry and striving for client recognition in stock picking skills. Listening to and summarizing investment conference calls and even conducting management interviews Writing Quarterly reports covering quarterly results (preview & review) Writing social media savvy content for the website and support the digital marketing initiatives Contribute for any other special reports planned by the team Desired Candidate Profile Passionate about analysing companies and coming up with stock picking ideas. Strong quantitative and fundamental research skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent team player and confident in building relationships both inside the firm and externally Ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Candidates from Pune will be preferred Immediate Joining
