Location: Kolkata Work Mode: Work from Office Working days: 6 days with rotational weekly off Shift time: 9 AM to 6 PM OR 12 PM to 9 PM Salary: 15k for Experienced (13k In hand), 12k for Freshers (10.8k In hand) Role details- Designation: Consultant Division: E-commerce Process Name:Fraud and Risk Operations (FRM) Employment: 6 months contractual role (no bond, performance basis) Immediate Joiners only - Date of joining - 22nd/23rd/24th May 2023 Educational Qualification: Graduation completed (not pursuing/dropout/12th - not eligible) Interview Rounds:Test round, Interview round 1, Interview round 2 (all conducted virtually) Experience: Freshers with good verbal & written communication skills can apply OR at least 2 months of experience in any BPO (Voice/Chat/Blended) Process Responsibilities- Understand buyer fraud patterns and investigate to eliminate confirmed fraud orders. Reach out to suspicious buyers to validate the order history through email or call. Incident Handling: Close the incident within the defined SLA. E-Mail Management: Provide resolution to buyer and seller emails, ensure closure, and respond within the SLA. Basic knowledge & information on E-commerce, sellers, buyers, & their fraud and risk activities is a must-have. Skills required- Good verbal & written communication skills.
