Description
Generate new business and maintain existing relationships with job seekers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiating contracts and pricing.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the staffing industry, including trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
Collaborate with other departments, such as recruitment, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful client delivery.
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and pipelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
0 to 5 years of experience in sales recruiting and sales in the staffing industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and generating new business.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Timings: 6.30 PM to 4.30 PM (Night Shifts)
