Job Title: French Language Service Desk Expert
Location: Bangalore, MNC Yemalur, Old Airport Road P.O
Working Hours: Flexible 8-hour shifts between 5 PM and 12 AM
Experience: Minimum 6 months of service desk experience or freshers with B1/B2 level certification
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner / 15 days
Skills Required:
Excellent proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking French
Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional support
Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer support in French through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
Resolve technical issues and provide effective solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Deliver outstanding service while adhering to quality standards
