Roles and Responsibilities An ideal candidate will exhibit the following traits: • Should be open to work in NIGHT SHIFTS to support our users working in US time zone. • Provide the first response to customers and users mainly through the Salesforce support system and occasional phone calls. • Conduct initial analysis and classification of customer cases. • Use various resources (acquired knowledge, knowledge base, product documentation, etc.) to solve cases. • Gather essential information needed for the skill-based teams to further handle the case. Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance. • Investigate and resolve technical issues. • Proactively communicate in providing status reports and report blockers. • Must be proactive in nature and detail-oriented i.e., pay attention to detail. • Smart routing based on the case analysis, route to the correct skill-based team Desired Candidate Profile FRESHERS with EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS can also apply. • Prior experience in Customer Support will be a huge plus. • Should possess excellent trouble-shooting skills for both cloud based and on-premises implementations. • Familiarity with software release management and deployment. • Ability to quickly observe, process, solve and respond to customers in a timely manner and within SLA timeframe based on severity of issues. • Process new support tickets and escalate to development team in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure maximum customer satisfaction with inbound and outbound queries. • Ability to start and stop services within DEV/QA environment and fetch server/application logs for further analysis. • Familiarity or experience with healthcare domain experience would be preferable. • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude. • Proactive and self-starter requiring minimal supervision, who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders in the company. • Familiarity with .NET, PHP, SQL, JSON, and REST APIs would be an advantage Perks and Benefits Rs. 4-6 lakhs per annum depending on the candidates knowledge and experience
