Blockchain Developer Job Specs Work on the most cutting-edge technologies in the Web3 ecosystem Build platform components, tools, and products which will comprise large-scale Web3 experiences and other dApps Design, create and deploy secure, scalable and sustainable backend services Mentor the backend team and assist in further building the team Work closely with the engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach Continually learn and research engineering trends to ensure that were always using the most appropriate technology available Lead squads from an Engineering perspective, partnering closely with Product Managers Skills Passionate about engineering practices like agile, clean code, continuous delivery, observability and reliability, and can apply the concepts youve learned over the years to Web3 Professional experience developing software in languages such as Node, Go or Rust Previous experience working with systems that interact with Web3 elements (Smart contracts / Accounts) Experienced with containerisation, Cloud Development (AWS) and IaC Experience architecting, designing, developing and maintaining highly available and secure distributed applications Good understanding of design principles and patterns as well as of architecting software solutions Experience with Solidity / Vyper
