End to end CLM and vendor management (Manpower sourcing)
Handling statutory compliance
Time Office function Management
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Maintain employees records according to policy and legal requirements.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure HR related functions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent in Communication
Problem solving and decision-making aptitude.
Knowledge of HR functions
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
