Role Summary:
This position will be part of the team responsible for managing the complete life cycle of Aegon Lifes products / propositions/ process automations for creating best in class DIY customer onboarding and servicing experiences.
Key Focus areas:
Requirements planning, elicitation, management and documentation, development and testing coordination of Aegon Lifes product portfolio.
Managing all product developments in sprints and ensure product is launched in agreed stipulated timelines
Active participation in Daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint review and retrospective meetings
Sending Project Reports to relevant stakeholders during and after project completion.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Graduate / Post Graduate with educational background in life insurance. Additional qualification / internship experience in product and / or project management preferred.
