Job Role: Service Relation Assistant/ Trainee Job Location: Noida, U.P Key Job Responsibilities: Is responsible for his /her allocated workstation. Give complete and clear information with the ticket about the Audi no. and floor etc. Maintain neat, tidy, well-organized, well-stocked items for operation. Handle special requests e.g. Refund, inquiries pleasantly and courteously. Prepare the counter well before entry and intervals for maximum efficiency. Tries to upgrade the sale, sell combos, and special promotions. Is always visible and available to assist customer needs. Help customers even when the customer has not directly approached them and come up with new ideas that help improve profits or customer service. Maintain a high level of grooming standards.
