Responsibilities:
• Updating appointment calendars and schedule appointments/ meetings
• Sorting daily deliveries/ mail/ couriers on the basis of priorities
• Assisting the HR team in exit, joining formalities and sourcing of the candidates
• Maintaining administration and operation records
• Greeting the guest/ customer at the office
• Supervising the housekeeping department and preparing a list of inventories
