IBAA Infotech is currently seeking a English Trainer to provide language training in spoken English and grammar concepts, enabling them to excel in their personality enhancement. We are looking for individuals who possess extensive subject knowledge, expertise, and exceptional communication skills. Conducting Training Sessions: Plan and deliver engaging training sessions focused on improving spoken English skills. Develop and utilize effective teaching methods, resources, and materials to cater to the needs of learners. Assessing Learners' Needs: Evaluate the language proficiency level of learners and identify their specific needs and goals. Customize training programs to address individual or group requirements effectively. Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, lesson plans, exercises, and assessments to support the learning objectives. Incorporate real-life situations, audio-visual aids, and interactive activities to enhance the learning experience. Audit Audit performance of employees through evaluating their written/practical language skills.
