JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Profile Experience: • Build a good knowledge of the IT & technologies • Ensure timely intelligence to provide best of the service to customers • Should be a team player and ready to manage team in complex situations and environment. • Managing multiple customers for management of services and support Technical Abilities: • Administration and maintenance and monitoring of Infra, Severs or network • Monitoring of applications, network tools & customer tickets • Ability to understand Customer issues very quickly based on gathered information and inform respective teams and drive it till ticket closure. • Basic Skills- SQL, Python • Basic Database Big Data (Basic Idea) Role & Manageability: • Maintain a pro-active and creative approach to support situations. • Build trust, social activities & public relations with key account customers, work on solving their problems and respond to their requests any time • Promote the company’s image through attitude, professionalism, knowledge, customer orientation and responsiveness to customer’s needs JOB REQUIREMENTS Academic Education: • BCA/ B.Tech Experience: • Minimum 0-1 years’ experience in any field • Understand basic computing and applications software’s etc. Skills: • Skills in presenting & ready to work 24X7 shifts • Good communication and presentation skills is necessary • Team player who is flexible and excels in an entrepreneurial environment • Ability to work under pressure • Dynamic, rigorous & self-directed personality • Exhibits self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm • Fluent in English (Written & verbal) is necessary Others: • Males Only • Residing in and around Noida only.
