Roles and Responsibilities Name of Profile: Associate- Marketing Location: Noida/WFH Qualification : Should be fluent in Kannada language Bachelor in Marketing or any related field 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in Ed-Tech Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Understanding of all the marketing channels Role: The Category Marketing Associate is responsible for driving growth and profitability for a specific category of products or services. This position will work closely with the Category Manager and cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Responsibilities : Collaborate with the Category Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies and plans that support category growth objectives. Conduct research and analysis to understand customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and initiatives. Work closely with the Creative team to develop marketing materials such as product brochures, digital banners, and other marketing collateral. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including product training and promotional offers to support customer acquisition and retention. Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics, such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost, and use this information to inform future marketing initiatives. Skills Required : Excellent Communication skills Data Management skills(excel/google sheets) Laptop is mandatory Should be fluent in Kannada language
