Roles and Responsibilities As a Business Development Executive with Social Media Skills in an Interiors Contracting Firm is critical to the company's success, as you will be responsible for driving business growth, building relationships, and expanding the company's reach through effective social media campaigns Developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's objectives. Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them through effective networking, lead generation, and relationship building. Managing the company's social media platforms, creating engaging content and executing effective social media campaigns that enhance the firm's visibility and reach. Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs, and leveraging this information to inform the company's product and service offerings. Collaborating with the sales team to develop sales proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate the company's value proposition and competitive advantage. Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to ensure ongoing business growth and profitability. Developing and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and customers, and using this information to track progress against sales targets and forecast future revenue. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, and leveraging these opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads. Managing the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and close, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for the customer. Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activity, progress against targets, and market trends. Desired Candidate Profile The candidate should have worked in the same field with an experience of up to 2 years. The candidate can be a BBA / Any Graduate with proficiency in Spoken and written English. Knowledge of MS Office is a must and Tally ERP 9 Desired. Candidates with exposure to Construction, Interiors, and Architecture industry shall be preferred. Perks and Benefits Fixed salary 3.00 lakh / annum + Perks
