Make data analysis and review on monthly work.
Welding SPM and Welding Power source maintenance and its development.
Played key role in SPM panel wiring and machine reconditioning.
Robotic Cell maintenance.
Machine interlock and its improvement.
Making Pokayoke and its improvement.
Making KAIZEN its improvement and Sustenance.
Robotic Programming.
Played a key role in electrical troubleshooting of pipe bending CNC machine.
Developed new controls and robotics techniques and equipment.
Start up, synchronization and editing of programs.
Trouble shooting of plc control panel wirings.
Control systems basics - PLC, working knowledge of assisted in plc programming.
Familiarity with robot to PLC IO communication.
Robot programming 6 & 7 axis - including track motion, external axis etc.
Trouble shooting of plc & control wiring to solve the issues.
