Job Title HR Workday Operations Specialist (ATL level - 3 Position) HR Workday Operations Senior Specialist (AM/DM level - 1 Position) Experience Required Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Workday Operations Location Hyderabad and Gurgaon (Looking for candidates based in Hyderabad & Gurgaon and available for F2F interview rounds) Shift Timings- UK Shift time (Flexible to work across APAC (8: 00 AM to 4.30 PM) or US (6.00 PM to 2.30 PM) time zones as per team roster). Currently Hybrid Roles and Responsibilities The Workday Operations team is a key player in the Service Delivery Model for HR, in guiding the continued design, maintenance, and support of HR processes in Workday. As part of a global service delivery platform this team will also collaborate closely with colleagues from other parts of the HR organization, globally. Desired Candidate Profile Skills, Knowledge & Experience Minimum 3 years' operational support experience in HR tools (mandatory HR Workday) Familiarity with HR business processes and shared service model Ability to work independently and with colleagues located in different geographies Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, Power Point and Word Excellent English language skills Excellent organization, planning and time management Excellent interpersonal and presentational Responsible and takes ownership of projects while being inclusive and informative to team members Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with high degree of accuracy Maintains high standard of data integrity at all times Experience in HCM processes Education & Experience A bachelor's/master's degree from a reputed institute, preferably in the area of business management Experience at a multinational organization with exposure to non-Indian working environment is preferred Perks and Benefits Fixed CTC HR Workday Operations Specialist (ATL) 8.5 lacs HR Workday Operations Senior Specialist (AM/DM) 12 lacs as fixed Variable CTC Performance bonus + Gratuity + Leave Encashment & Other Benefits including Free cabs, meals & Free medical insurance
