Job description Urgent Hiring for PoepleSoft Campus Solutions Technical/ Techno-Functional Consultant Role: Technical Consultant Exp : 3-6 yrs Salary : Best in the Industry (negotiable as per skills & experience) Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Preferred Candidate: Someone with extensive experience in PeopleSoft Campus solutions domain with working on enhancement of various projects like Redesigning Course Registration, Course Exemption Automation, Integrated Co-Curricular Management System (ICMS) Integration and Automated Financial Aid Calculator etc. Job description Provide PeopleSoft Student Records/Academic Advising functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle Work on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, and testing Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems Configure the PeopleSoft Student Records system to meet each client s unique business requirements Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering PeopleSoft Student Records solutions Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues. Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution. Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients. Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients. Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables. Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period. Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
