Workdays: Monday to Friday
Work timings: US shift (6 pm)
Essential Job Functions:
Major duties include Inside Sales activities like lead generation; requirement gathering, presenting demos, providing sales support, and thus selling company services to the target customers in the international markets.
Prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads (not the end-to-end sales)
Outbound calling to the US for qualifying leads and converting them into meetings for the Sales Team
Writing emails, follow-ups, campaigns, and CRM database management
Consulting services experience, plus open to dialing for other sectors and regions
Proven experience in nurturing client relationships and retaining business opportunities.
Skillset & experience:
Service sales experience in the US market is a must.
Must have experience in Technology services (Digital transformation solutions, AI solutions, UI and UX development).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Relevant experience of 3+ years and proven performance records
Experience in working for IT services - Business Development.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
