The Cross-Platform Organization This is a new organization launched in 2020, consisting of three business-focused teams and one technology-focused team, which combines business consulting expertise and various technologies across industries and solutions to support structural transformation and further growth of our clients' core businesses. In the past, it was common to use a single solution to address a single issue, such as adopting SAP for core system renewal, but in recent years, in order to address increasingly complex business issues, there is a growing need to achieve greater efficiency by deploying and integrating the functions of multiple solutions in the right places for the right purposes, such as SAP and Salesforce, or SAP and Pega. As the hub of the project, we work with various departments within the company to draw a roadmap that includes top-level IT planning and requirements definition, and provide consulting services that are aligned with the client's business agenda.
