Project Manager (Salesforce.com) Overview: The role of a Project Manager to guide the Scrum Team on using Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and contributing to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization. Requirements: Work with Business Users, Senior Management and other stake holders to understand vision of the product; scope a solution to deliver optimal business process solutions in line with corporate priorities. Prepare stakeholders for incremental delivery and facilitate constant feedback and continuous delivery to maximize value for end users. Facilitate transparency, inspection and adaption. Document/prioritize action items and deliverables. Identify, resolve and/or escalate Impediments. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review & sprint retrospectives. Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize product backlog and assist in release planning. Ensure appropriate acceptance criteria & persistent acceptance tests are built into stories for crisp story sizing. Manage complex dependencies and facilitate calls between internal Scrum teams and third parties to identify and resolve any potential dependencies. Foster close cooperation, communication and collaboration in all internal and external team members. Facilitate Sprint planning by helping assess Level of Effort (LOEs) to calculate Team Capacity. Track burndowns and communicated team metrics such as velocity, sprint and release progress. Recruit, mentor, monitor and provide technical leadership and guidance for Onsite and Offshore teams by conducting workshops and jump-start training sessions on Salesforce.com platform. Participate in Discovery/Scope meetings and collaborate effectively with peers, stake holders & user groups across different divisions of sales and service teams employing strong elicitation techniques such as brainstorming, creating questionnaires, interviewing and JAD sessions to elicit, analyze and refine end user requirements around Key Performance Metrics. Identify, streamline and incorporate business logic, processes & work flows of the organization along with data governance w.r.t to Salesforce.com implementation. Manage and monitor dependencies on other teams/external projects to resolve potential issues/risks Configure, enhance and test various Salesforce.com custom objects along with standard objects like Campaigns, Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Chatter, Products, Reports and Dashboards. Administer and test Salesforce.com data governance via Roles, Profiles, OWD, sharing rules, permission sets and groups. Conduct and facilitate Status Calls; Change Management and Bug-Triage meetings. Supported organization in Mentoring, Training, Best Practices Implementation, reusable process implementation for supporting timely application delivery. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with non-technical personnel Experience in a Project Manager/project manager role Familiarity with software development Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Crystal, XP etc.) Excellent communication and servant leadership skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Outstanding organizational skills Extensive experience in PM Tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA/Confluence, Trello etc. Understanding of the environment: Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience cloud, Pardot etc.), Data Loader, Workbench, Apex, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP & REST API, Azure, AWS, Seibel, MS SQL, Lightning, Heroku, Visualforce, ANT, GIT, JIRA/Azure DevOps.
