Position - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Location - Bangalore Job Description: Responsibilities: - Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Einstein, Automation studio etc. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Provide expert advice on best practices for email marketing, mobile marketing, and customer journey design - Develop data strategies, data models, and integration solutions for marketing automation - Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations - Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and trends Technical Skills Needed: - Strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio - Knowledge of AMP script, SSJS, SQL, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and integration best practices - Understanding of HTML, CSS, and email design principles - Proficiency in marketing automation strategy, database marketing, and data management - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is preferred
