Growbiz Solutions is seeking a talented Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Chandigarh, PB. This candidate will be a crucial software developer for the implementation and/or support of various applications built on Salesforce. Role and Responsibilities Lead a team of 2-5 individuals as a Salesforce Technical Lead Lead and/or contribute to all technical aspects of the project Manage the development and deployment of new demands and/or enhancements to existing applications Gather system requirements, conduct analysis, coordinate the design of solutions, and establish metrics for success Ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues Provide detailed design and documentation of each component of the solution, such as data migration, integration, and custom development Coordinate the onshore and offshore teams in support of development activities Maintain high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, timely, and thorough solutions to customer problems Determine the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all development Work closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce Create and maintain development and integration plans Technical Skills Good experience in writing Apex classes, triggers, and LWC as per best practices HTML, CSS, JavaScript LWC framework experience SLDS implementation experience Any JavaScript framework like LWC, React Js, or Angular JS. Soft Skills Team Player Communication Skill Problem-Solving ability Logical Skill Analytical Skill Ready to work on new technology like cloud computing(Salesforce)
