We are hiring for MNC Company who is having offices in Singapore, Malaysia, India, US, UAE etc.
We are looking Fresher's and experienced candidate who has done any Japanese certification and can support client.
Note- It is Customer Support Role.
Travel Expenses , EP , Visa + 15 days stay will be provided by the Company.
Communicate in Japanese without any problems
Use KEIGO in Japanese communication
Need Japanese listening skills, writing skills with HIRANAGA, KANJI, KATAKANA
Have some understanding of Japanese culture.
Understand the approximate location by listening to the names of regions and places in Japan. Basic PC operation is possible
Accept engineer dispatch request from global customers to Japan area in English. - Request Japanese engineer to repair the equipment(Server, Router, Switch, Storage, PC, other IT equipment) in Japanese language.

Qualifications English and Japanese- Hearing, Speaking, Reading and Writing. At least N2 certification. No needed IT technical skill.
