Location: All Over India Position: Sales Marketing Executive/Manager Minimum Qualification: BSc Horticulture/Agriculture, MSC Horticulture/Agriculture Green Vision Technical Services, a leading agrochemical Manufacturing company specializing in innovative and sustainable solutions for the agriculture industry, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Marketing Executive/Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization across all states of India. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Green Vision's agrochemical products in the assigned region. Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and retailers. Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers regarding product usage and benefits. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets on a regular basis. Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to showcase Green Vision's products. Stay updated with industry developments, new product launches, and emerging trends. Qualifications: Minimum qualification of B.Sc Horticulture/Agriculture or MSC Horticulture/Agriculture. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the agrochemical or agricultural industry. Sound knowledge of agrochemical products, their applications, and the agricultural market. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals and generate sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in computer applications and software related to sales and marketing. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
