Role & responsibilities Study & research applicable regulations, policies, compliances and incentive benefits and accurately use it for various analysis such as financial model preparations and incentive calculations amongst others. Collate, maintain and provide regulations, policies, compliance advice to all businesses and departments Obtain deep understanding of applicable Government laws and regulations, commercial / international regulations, etc. Identifying risks and propose alternative strategies in order to mitigate risks while accomplishing the preferred path forward for the projects without losing sight of strategic/commercial objectives Obtains expertise in above areas and stays abreast of new developments and update internal stakeholders periodically Preferred candidate profile Minimum Bachelor's degree in law, commerce or arts with insights in the renewable/clean energy/power sector, with an expertise in regulations, policies, compliances and management Minimum 3 years of experience in the sector (Energy/EPC/Power/Infra/Renewable) and are based out of (or open to relocating to) Pune Excellent attention to detail is essential Experience in US regulatory study is added advantage
