We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our firm based in Pune (Baner). The ideal candidate will have a background in the Corporate interior design industry and possess a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant sales experience. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our interior products and services, generating leads, and closing sales deals. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the interior design industry. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their specific needs. Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms. Engage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgetary constraints. Present and demonstrate our interior products and services to clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, and design concepts. Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with clients to secure sales agreements. Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Continuously update and maintain accurate sales records, including client information, sales activities, and pipeline management. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the interior design or related industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. A passion for interior firm and a good understanding of industry trends and concepts.
