Group Company: CMR Green Technologies Limited Designation: - FLO - Maintenance Office Location: Haridwar Position description: ThispositionisresponsibleforoverseeingtheentireElectricalactivitiesatthe plant andprovidingsupporttotheDepartments. • To be Ensure 100% & timely PM Adherence of unit machine & Equipment. • To be maintain critical spare inventory of unit machine & Equipment. • Optimize the repair & maintenance Cost of machine & Equipment. • To be ensure All safety feature like safety guard, pull card, emergency switch , sensor are working. • To be ensure no wastage of consumable item. • To be optimize forklift, bull tractor & Loadall & monitoring Repair and maintenance cost. • To be ensure 100 % Autonomous Check sheet filled by operators. • To be improve OEE of machine & Equipment threw reduce Breakdowns. • Assessment of the risk of the Machine During operation & maintenance and eliminate risk by introduce the safety feature & modification. • Attend Breakdown & solve timely. • Modification for improve machine & Equipment life. • Maintain machine history card record. • Increase workers skill threw provide the training & introduce new OCP. • Predictive maintenance of machine and equipment's to avoid potential failure. • RCA of breakdown and repeated breakdowns as per RCA policy. Strong Knowledge of PLC, VFD, LT & HT Breakers. Educational qualifications preferred.
