Roles and Responsibilities Spearheading all financial activities including Business plans, Cash flow management and compliances and support in driving Business MIS including preparation/ monitoring of vertical / product segment-wise PNL and contribute to driving product-wise margins with the HODs. Evaluating & monitoring business plans, budgets and capital expenditure programs. Managing books of Accounts in the ERP System Ensuring timely closure of Internal, Statutory & Tax Audits Managing the receivable, cashflow management, identifying & suggesting the necessary improvements in related process and wherever necessary, leading & implementing the vertical initiatives Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills - Inter & Intra Department Coordination Good Analytical skills - ability to prepare, organize & structure data & draw insights that affect business. What we are looking for: CA with more than 1 year Industry experience. Good experience in working with excel, outlook etc. Ability to multi-task, work against deadlines, excel in several areas, sometimes unrelated to each other. Ability to pro-actively identify problems and suggest/ask solutions for resolution.
