As a Salesforce Developer, you will build and customize Salesforce.com (SFDC) solutions and manage integrations for our clients. Duties and Responsibilities Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Analyze and review business and technical requirements. Analyze problems and develop actionable and appropriate tactical plans quickly. Design and develop according to the design standards and technical guidelines. Liaise with team members to understand requirements, design, develop, and test functionalities and web integration using Apex. Responding to production support requests & troubleshooting issues Perform data management and data migration tasks. Maintain communication with clients and project managers. Keep up to date with technological advancements. What do you need to succeed? Must have Minimum 4 years of experience working as a Salesforce developer Experience with configuration, customization, development, enhancement, and support for Saleforce.com CRM Applications. Hands-on experience and solid knowledge of Apex, VisualForce, Flows, Triggers, Force.com, Web Services, Lightning, Native, MySQL and JavaScript, SFDC CRM, Communities, etc. Salesforce Certified Developer. Nice to have Experience with Salesforce DevOps best practices tools/techniques such as Visual Source Studio Code, ANT, Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Jenkins, GitHub, BitBucket, and Eclipse. Experience working on Tableau/ Tableau CRM/ Microsoft BI Salesforce integration experience. Experience using project management and data analytics tools. Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global cross-functional teams. Other Salesforce.com certifications. Skills Great problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and remote environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting Self-starter with a zest to learning.
