E-Commerce Executive - Day Shifts/US Night Shifts (Freshers can apply)

Qualification: Any Graduate/MBA
Job Profile:
Managing order processing on marketplace channels like Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Newegg and Shopify etc which includes shipping labels creation, management of seller accounts, dealing with category managers, customer returns, handling customer complaints and escalations etc
Maintaining and analyzing weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales data to gain insights on product performance, recognize potential sale improvement areas.
File claims with marketplaces for disputed orders and returns
Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure the given SLA are met per quality standards
Ability to work overtime as required by business as per the order volume
Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done
If there is a possible default on SLAs or quality, flag the escalation in time to the manager or lead
Interacting and coordinating with vendors/buyers to accurately reflect the Amazon catalog for price, product details and other product-related information
Flexible with working shifts
Willingness to take initiatives & responsibilities, including working outside of the "standard" workday
Handling customer queries and complaints. Responding to customer queries and complaints on marketplaces over call and email.
Evaluating account performance standards, raising disputes, cases, etc related to reimbursements, and maintaining shipping performance
Inventory management: Creating shipments, creating removals, forecasting sales, and preparing orders for production.
Required Candidate profile - (Freshers can apply)
Excellent communication skills. Good command over spoken and written English is a must. Candidates with presentation skills are preferred.
The ideal candidate should have a basic graduate degree with training/experience in Advanced MS Excel and G-suite.
Prior Experience in Customer Service, Accounts or E-Commerce profiles will be preferred.
Good project and time management skills.
Should be able to manage customer support emails and calls
Self-driven and highly motivated.

Listing New Products and adding Vehicle compatibility to the online store
Design website and update banners as per promotions. Run Ads and promotions as per the requirement.
Analyze and improve the website performance. Generate more traffic on website and monitor sessions.
