Design, implement and integrate solutions e.g., ServiceNow focusing on: Governance, Risk Compliance from both IT and Enterprise perspectives Security Incident Management Vulnerability Management Vendor Risk Management Business Continuity Management Drives standardization and best practice platform management, enabling you to focus on value delivery. Institute technical governance to optimize platform performance and minimize long-term technical risk. Build a platform team focused on delivering value and innovation. Helps develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model Provides technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices. Guides ServiceNow Platform design, including considerations for integration and performance Assesses architecture and solution designs to support your objectives including alignment with ServiceNow implementation best practices Offers guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment Provides technical guidance in platform development and platform- wide solutions Advises on configuration and coding standards and Supports remediation of configurations not aligned to ServiceNow best practices Assesses instance health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security) by conducting ServiceNow HealthScan. Contribute to the overall messaging and positioning of the Security Office Active participation in Security Industry forums, communities and standards organizations, Lead security conversations Escalation point for Security Incidents investigations Participation in discussions presentations with Partners and Customers Investigate and understand cloud threats Work with internal teams to resolve security issues arising from investigations and incidents and conduct post mortems to ensure issues are properly remediated Propose develop structural/design changes to advance the security posture of ServiceNow Preferred Skills: What skills do you need Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field 10+ years experience leading and implementing SNOW HRIS solutions Experience and understanding of security and security implementation within Workday; managed Workday Access Control projects Advanced MS Excel Skills (formulas, pivot tables, v lookups) and MS Office Skills Demonstrated experience managing complex multi-year projects globally Ability to operate successfully in a matrix environment, working across multiple functions globally Exposure and experience in HR functions, processes and / or HR shared services teams. Strong customer orientation and service driven mentality Excellent intercultural communication skills, ability to engage at various levels within the organization Keen process focus, ability to organize diverse activities into structured processes a systems orientation Strong hands-on and can-do mentality. Independent Process focused approach. Ability to function in matrix environments, multiple stakeholders with an adaptive mindset and cross-cultural sensitivities Strong stakeholder management Skills Customer-centric mindset Excellent presentation and communication skills (E.G., strong customer-facing skills) Excellent collaborator and teammate; ability to foster and feed off co-workers Ability to articulate complex issues to peers, executives, and customers Self-motivated and driven ability to perform and excel with little supervision.
