Role & responsibilities
Handling Calls & followups for the leads
Counseling the students and parents regarding the various courses offered
Calling prospective candidates and doing regular follow-ups with them, and maintaining relevant databases for the same
Lead management in CRM tool
Generating Partner leads through calls
Fixing appointments with POC (point of contact) of Schools/Educational institutions for new business leads and building a sound relationship with them to achieve company sales objectives
Maintaining relevant databases for the same, updating the Salesforce CRM tool & Drive
Helping Abhyaas branch teams in reaching the targets set in terms of the number of enrollments done for different courses
Provide end-to-end support to all students
