Role Summary
1.) We look for Admission Counsellors who are extremely customer oriented and are excited by the challenges of a new emerging business environment.
2.) As an Admissions Counsellor you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
3.) Admissions Counsellor must be comfortable and passionate for making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
1.) Responsible to manage & convert leads for Athenova programs which are in collaboration with popular State universities.
2.) Providing complete information to students, which will include counselling through phone, email, chat and social media.
3.) Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales of Athenova.
4.) Details related to customer discussions & conversion should be updated real-time on CRM (Salesforce) software
5.) Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
6.) Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
7.) Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue. Should be able to maintain effective communication till the time the learner is on board.
Skills Required:
1.) Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
2.) Strong sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what athenova is offering to its prospective students and close applications.
3.) Approachable and vibrant personality.
4.) Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
5.) Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
6.) Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
7.) Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.

What are your deliverables / KPI's?
1. Minimum of 80+ Dials every day with 25+ Connects.
2. 4 hours of talk time on an average per day & 3 Video Session
3. 1 enrolled students per week.
4. Weekly revenue targets to be met regularly.
Tasks That have to taken care by you in your job
1. Serve as a mentor and guide to potential learners who look up to for career advice.
2. Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how
athenova can improve their career path.
3. Planning for weekly enrollment/revenue and collection targets.
4. Phone/video calls, product demonstration, sales closing and post-sales relationship management with students effectively.
5. Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the software with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality. What are we looking for?
