Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and monitoring.
Manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with other marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and personalized email content that aligns with marketing goals and target audience preferences.
Segment and analyze customer data to optimize email targeting and improve campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Implement A/B testing strategies to continually improve email performance, including subject lines, copy, CTAs, and design elements.
Maintain email deliverability best practices, ensuring compliance with anti-spam regulations and optimizing inbox placement.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, keeping the team informed about emerging technologies and strategies.
Utilize marketing automation tools and email service providers to manage and automate campaigns effectively.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates that enhance brand consistency and engagement.
Monitor and analyze competitor email marketing campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Continuously track and report on email marketing KPIs, providing regular updates on campaign performance and actionable insights.

Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Experience with data analysis and segmentation to drive targeted and personalized email campaigns.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization is preferred.
Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and anti-spam regulations.
