Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst - Job Description Job Details Must have experience as Business Analyst and Configuration and functional skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. We expect BA to also play a very vital part in conceptualizing and developing innovative solutions and accelerators for Salesforce. The Business Analyst will have responsibility for supporting our largest and most strategic Solution Delivery opportunities, lending his/her expertise to the delivery of world class Salesforce implementations, and building the necessary and valuable relationships both internally and externally. A successful Analyst has strong experience and enjoys designing transformational solutions and working directly with customers to meet their business needs. An individual filling this role will provide consultation throughout the life cycle of this transformation and help with building roadmap by running Business Process Reviews. This resource will also participate in Plan, Architect and Design activities and guide the subsequent implementation of Salesforce. Responsibilities Participates in business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations, especially in Marketing cloud. Translate requirements into business requirements documents, functional specifications, and User Stories- Work with Solution Architect to map the solution to Salesforce. Leading technical requirements gathering sessions and writing technical requirements documents. Leading technical design sessions and writing technical design documents. This is a cross-functional leadership role in which you will be working closely with senior business executives to align on process design and the sales experience, while collaborating with the IT organization to ensure effective technology integration, development, and deployment. Drive adoption, usability, and business value of process tool improvements through effective change management, communications, and enablement planning Develops strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and positive working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members. Participate in discussions with various levels of customers IT business stakeholders Work with internal and customer stakeholders to create prototypes, proof of concepts and sample mockups as a means of eliciting and defining business requirements Create and own user stories/business requirements document as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Hays Group, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Requirements 5 to 10 years overall experience with a minimum of 2 years as Salesforce Marketing Cloud BA Marketing cloud certification is preferred Salesforce BA certification is preferred Good understanding of the Salesforce product suite Experience in leading workshops to define and prioritize client requirements and required Capabilities. Ability to ask hard questions during workshops and suggest best practices and efficient ways of implementing business processes Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems Good analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing as the situation demands to guide stakeholders in thinking through all aspects of the ask Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies Background in developing large web-based systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure.
