Description

• Develop and maintain BIRT reports in Workday, including but not limited to: Merit Statements, Talent Profile Cards, offer letters • Gather requirements on the BIRT reporting needs • Design and prototype BIRT solutions • Coordinate testing of the BIRT solutions • Troubleshoot BIRT reporting solutions to resolve issues • Document design solution and present to Workday developers to identify the optimum solution • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Active in Workday Community (connected and up to date on Workday Core HCM technology • Proficient in building end to end Integration using Workday Technology. • Good hands-on experience in Workday Integrations (Core Connectors, Custom Reports, Document Transformation, EIB, PECI, Studio) • Knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Compensation and Security concepts. • Exposure to integrate Workday with other applications (e.g. SAP HR, Peoplesoft, ADP ) • Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT or which 2+ years in Workday Integration solutions. Implementation: At least 1 end to end implementation as implementation partner or as key stakeholder in client IT team. Location - Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai,Pune, Kolkata,Nagpur, Coimbatore,Delhi / NCR, Noida, Mumbai.
