Must to have
Should have very good experience with CoreConnector and Workday STUDIO custom integrations, Report Writer BIRT.
Need to enhance existing Workday core HR and develop new features
Enhanced EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio integrations.
Responsible to be knowledgeable and working on the Workday Integration framework.
Work hand in hand with HRIS for ongoing production support and enhancements.
Responsible to interact with all the Integration vendors.
Knowledgable about JIRA
Knowledgable about Bit Bucket
Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner, reporting progress to managers
Continually seek ways to improve the process of deliveringWorkdaysolutions Qualifications
Experience in Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence, Performance Management, and Recruiting.
Must have strong STUDIO integration experience and should be able to design, develop and test complex studio integrations independently.
Should have knowledge of Business Process Configuration, Security, ISSG/ISU.
Should be able to create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.
Must be able to resolve incidents and cases and provide production support
Develop, test, and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements.
Ability to help resolve integration issues requiring a depth of expertise in the Workday solution
Proficiency with web service technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL).
Understanding of HCM functional modules Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, and Recurring will be preferred
Good to have:
Prior experience with Peoplesoft integrations and migration intoWorkday
