• Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise in Advanced Workday Compensation including Eligibility Rule setup, Grades & Grade Profiles, Salary & Allowance Plans, Bonus /Stock Plans and grouping into Compensation Packages and payroll processing. • Required Technical and Professional Expertise in Workday security which includes different type of security groups like Role Based Security, User Based Security, and Job Based Security Groups, created Domain security Policy for Functional area , Segmented Based security group , ISSG and Business process related Security Policy • Required Technical and Professional Expertise in Core HCM which includes Job recruiting, Absence management, Performance reviews, Business process related from Hire to Termination cycle. • Required Technical and Professional Expertise in business process privacy controls, workflows, and notifications in workday, maximizing operational efficiency. • Required Technical and Professional Expertise in creating Advanced reports, complex calculated fields. • Required Technical and Professional Expertise in loading the data using EIB's related to different Templates such as workers information, configurations data related to Job recruiting, Absence management, compensation, performance reviews. • Required Technical and Professional Expertise in Outbound and Inbound integrations using EIB and workday studio tools. • Worked closely with Business and Development Teams, Designed and Documented Enhancements as well as conducted Production Support Troubleshooting around Integrations for Global Workday HCM System. • Excellent Interpersonal, Presentation and Communication Skills with the ability to lead the team and work in a Stand-alone Environment.
