Description

Responsibilities: Deep understanding of all Workday integration types. Includes EIB, Studio, Core Connectors and Connectors across all HR areas. Responsible for working with implementation partner and internal resources on Authentication and SSO Responsible for working with the project manager on project plans and timelines throughout the project. Responsible for reporting to project manager issues and solutions to any RAID log items. Responsible for facilitating end to end testing, working closely with the functional teams. Responsible for working with external vendors to provide layouts, requirements gathering, protocols including internal functional leads to understand the end-to-end process for integrations. Responsible for coordinating global resources and facilitating requirements gathering sessions with implementation partners. Responsible for working closely with implementation partner to manage overall progress and sign off integrations. Responsible for managing knowledge transfer from implementation partner developers to internal resources for ongoing support of integrations. Responsible for providing a status tracker for all integrations. Responsible for managing and reporting status to project management on a weekly basis. Ability to develop integrations if needed. Deliverables: Integration strategy/plan Integration Design templates for each integration Vendor management and coordination for design, test stages Integration Test Scenarios Working with Functional teams and developers. Integration Tracking and Reporting Integration Training and Support for developers Integration plan executed. Cutover plan to go live. 5+ years of experience in workday integrations.
