Location- Gurgaon & Bangalore Experience- 2-5 Years Notice Period - Currently Serving/Immediate/1Months SAP Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) Integration Developer (with ABAP) Role Summary: The Corporate Applications Services (CAS) IT team is looking for an SAP Ariba CIG Integration Developer with strong analytical skills and expertise in SAP Ariba CIG as well as SAP ABAP to become a member of the SAP Support team (Centre of Excellence) going forward. The person in this role will be designing, implementing, providing support to the integration solution between SAP S/4 and Ariba (CIG-based). The role will work with business analysts, designers, architects, business partners and project management to understand the requirements, and design reporting solutions that meet the business needs. Within the operations support component of the role, you will be responding to incidents, service requests, problem solving, maintaining stability, performing technical implementations, coordinate activities and work together with the team members and vendors to maintain, enhance and customize the supported systems and components Main accountabilities: Configuration and support and development of the interfaces between SAP S/4 and SAP Ariba (including ABAP/4 part); Provide estimates and contribute to defining timelines and project plans; Support requirements gathering of the end-to-end integration development; Provide the functional team with the necessary guidance of the SAP-provided interface enhancements (implicit and explicit ones) Work on change and service requests as well as defect fixes across the integration modules (including ABAP/4 proxies and programs) Work with project management to document and communicate risks and issues. Work with onshore, offshore and 3rdparty development teams to ensure coding, testing, debugging and implementation activities are completed as required Ensure alignment to Sun Life SDLC and internal standards and compliance Transition projects and enhancements to Operations Support our operational team as needed with problem analysis, resolution, escalation and reporting Collaborate closely with our internal teams (e.g.data architects, designers, business to business, business intelligence/reporting, server management, etc.) to deliver solutions for business needs. Qualifications/Skills: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience 5-10 years experience designing or/and supporting Ariba integration solutions using CIG (Integration with Cloud Integration Gateway; 3+ years experience with ABAP, preferably 7.4+ (including Object-Oriented ABAP, ABAP Proxies, New Enhancement Framework, OData services, SAP Workflow etc.) Prior development and integration experience with SAP MM and SAP FI, as well as business knowledge in the areas related to purchasing, accounting, controlling, planning or general Finance Integration experience with Ariba solutions and CIG platform configuration and administration; Expertise in system integration, data extraction and ingestion, job flows relative to data integration Experience working with large volumes of transactional data; Familiarity with SAP authorization concept; Working knowledge of relational and OLAP databases Experience with SDLC methodologies: Agile, Waterfall Experience working with application vendors and building solutions involving integrating vendor applications into existing environment.
