As a Salesforce Lead/Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with our organization's business objectives You will lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the development lifecycle Your role will involve analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement, and translating requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions Responsibilities: Salesforce Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand business requirements and design effective solutions using Salesforce capabilities Team Leadership: Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing mentorship, technical direction, and support to ensure successful project delivery Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce best practices, platform limitations, and emerging technologies Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features Integration and Customization: Design and oversee the integration of Salesforce with other business systems, as well as the development of custom functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies Data Management: Ensure data integrity and security in Salesforce, including overseeing data migration, data modeling, and database design Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain testing processes to validate the functionality, performance, and security of Salesforce applications Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements Monitor and track progress to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem to optimize business workflows Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience (X years) as a Salesforce Developer/Consultant, with a track record of successful project delivery Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect (additional certifications like Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are a plus) Strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components Experience leading a team of Salesforce developers and administrators Solid understanding of software development methodologies, best practices, and design patterns Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements Knowledge of integration technologies and experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using APIs and middleware Familiarity with data management, data migration, and database design concepts
